The purchase of a Eudora Expert Advisor grants a personal, non-transferable license. The following are prohibited:

• Transferring the license to third parties
• Reverse engineering or decompilation
• Resale or redistribution

No Warranty

The products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee returns, profits or the absence of losses.

Limitation of Liability

Eudora Lab is not liable for financial losses arising from the use of the products. Trading involves significant risks.

Support

The license includes technical support via email for installation and configuration.

Refunds

Given the digital nature of the products, no refunds are provided after the license has been activated.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Milan.
